NX CAM Fundamentals

NX CAM Fundamentals is designed to help students with CAM programming productivity as well as CAD modeling and assemblies for manufacturing. The NX CAM Fundamentals course will provide professional instruction pertaining to efficient 2 ½ and 3 axis milling CAM programming techniques. This introductory class introduces CAM programming and CAD modeling in the context of real-life scenarios and will include instructor-led demonstrations, follow along demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.

Solid Edge Fundamentals

This course focuses on the fundamental skills and concepts central to the use of Solid Edge. It uncovers all of the potential uses of production level solid modeling and introduces techniques for using Synchronous Technology. This course also provides an overview of the Solid Edge User interface, adding features, sketching tools, and various techniques in both the Traditional and Synchronous environment.

Solid Edge Surfacing

This course covers using Solid Edge modeling functions to build free form surfaces. Free form surfaces are those that cannot be constructed using standard solid modeling features. This includes creating bspline curves and other developed curves, building surfaces through one or more sets of curves, sweeping profiles along guides, and applying surface transition between faces. Learn the workflows and modeling tools that make you more productive in creating surface models.
